What We Build

One crew, start to punch list. We self-perform framing, trim and finish carpentry, and we only bring in trade partners we have worked beside for years.

Custom Homes — Ground-up residential builds from footing to final walkthrough, managed by one lead carpenter. 2,000–6,500 sq ft, 9–14 months.
Additions & Dormers — Second stories, in-law suites and rear additions tied into existing framing without guesswork. Engineered plans included.
Kitchens & Baths — Full gut renovations with cabinetry, tile, plumbing and electrical coordinated in one schedule. 4–9 week typical window.
Decks & Exteriors — Cedar and composite decks, siding, trim and roofing detailed to keep water where it belongs. Trex & Azek certified crews.

Our Process — Five Stages, Nothing Improvised

Site Walk & Scope — A two-hour on-site assessment with the lead carpenter, existing conditions documented, and a budget range given out loud on day one.
Design & Fixed Estimate — Plans coordinated with our architect and structural engineer, and a line-item estimate broken down by trade, allowance and material.
Permits & Pre-Construction — Building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits filed by us, with selections finalized in the client portal.
Build — One crew, one schedule, one point of contact from demolition to paint, with a Friday progress report and written change orders.
Punch List & Handoff — Internal punch walk, a joint walkthrough, a warranty binder, and a two-year workmanship warranty with 30-day and 11-month check-ins.
