Additions that look like they were always there

Questions
Can you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. We start with a site visit to look at access, setbacks, flood zone, soil and utilities, then work with you and an architect or designer on plans that fit the lot and your budget.
Do you handle plans, engineering and permits?
We coordinate the architect or designer and the structural engineer, then file and manage the building permit and every inspection through the certificate of occupancy.
Can an addition match the rest of my house?
That is the goal on every addition. We match rooflines, exterior finishes, trim and interior details so the new space reads as part of the original home.
How is a new build or addition priced?
The same way we price everything: a line-item estimate broken down by phase and trade, with allowances for selections listed separately, and a written contract with Florida's required notices.
Where do you build?
Today we build across Northeast Florida, including St. Augustine, Jacksonville and St. Johns County. Tell us where your project is and we will let you know if we can take it on.
Also remodeling
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole homes and flooring.
