Questions
Can we live in the house during a whole-home remodel?
Often yes, with the work phased so you always have a working bathroom and some kitchen access. When the scope makes that unrealistic, we tell you up front.
How do you keep a large remodel on budget?
The estimate is priced line by line, allowances are listed separately and any change is agreed in writing before it is built. You always know where the number stands.
Do you handle HOA approvals?
We prepare the information most HOAs ask for and work within their rules for work hours, dumpsters and contractor access.
Who manages the project day to day?
The owner, Vitor Neves, oversees every project, and you have a direct line to him throughout.
